为了提升锂离子电池储能设备及电站的安全管理水平,亟需对锂离子电池储能设备的安全风险及其管控措施进行研究.通过调研国家及行业电化学储能相关政策、标准要求及其实际执行情况,发现当前锂离子电池储能设备安全风险管控措施执行不到位、标准体系不健全的问题,梳理储能电站建设、运行阶段存在的设备质量和安全风险,从设备设计及制造、系统集成、运维检修等方面深入分析产生安全风险的原因,针对性地提出了锂离子电池储能设备安全管控方案及具体措施,涵盖项目前期、建设期、运行期等阶段,实现对锂离子电池储能设备设计水平、制造质量及运行状态的有效监管,掌握设备健康状态,提前研判风险信息,以保障储能设备及电站的安全可靠运行.
Analysis and Control Measures for Safety Risks of Lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage Equipments
In order to improve the safety management level of lithium-ion battery energy storage equipment and power stations,it is imperative to conduct research on the safety risks and control measures of lithium-ion battery energy storage equipments.Through investigation of national and industry policies,standard requirements,and the actual implementation in electrochemical energy storage,it is found that the current safety risk control measures for lithium-ion battery energy storage devices are not in place,and the standard system is not sound.This paper systematically reviews quality and safety risks of the equipment during the construction and operation stages of energy storage stations,analyzes the reasons for safety risks in depth,focusing on aspects such as equipment design and manufacturing,system integration,and operation and maintenance.Safety control schemes and specific measures for lithium-ion battery energy storage devices are proposed,covering various stages including project initiation,construction,and operation.This approach aims to effectively supervise the design level,manufacturing quality,and operational status of lithium-ion battery energy storage devices,grasp the health status of equipment,and judge risk information in advance to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of energy storage devices and stations.
