特高压交直流电气设备抗震试验平台设计

为实现1100 kV交直流典型电气设备及其支撑体系抗震性能评估,首先,对典型电气设备抗震结构特点和相关试验标准要求进行分析;然后,根据试品参数、结构体系特点、地震模拟振动台制造水平和标准要求,设计满足交直流特高压变电站内典型悬吊类、支柱类、长悬臂类地震敏感设备的双台阵3向6自由度抗震试验平台.此外,对电力设备抗震综合环境试验方案及抗震试验室在土建、机电设计方面的相关要求作简要说明.
Design of Seismic Test Platform for UHV AC/DC Electrical Equipments
In order to achieve seismic performance evaluation of 1100 kV AC/DC typical electrical equipments and the support system,this paper analyzes the seismic structural characteristics of typical electrical equipment and the requirements of relevant test standards.Then,according to the parameters of test specimens,structural system characteristics,seismic simulation vibration table manufacturing capacity and standard requirements,this paper designs a dual-array seismic test platform to meet the typical suspension,strut and long cantilever seismically sensitive equipment in AC/DC ultra high voltage substations.Meanwhile,this paper also briefly explains the comprehensive seismic environmental testing plan for power equipment and the relevant requirements related to civil and electromechanical design of the seismic laboratory.
