Simulation Study on Evaporation Properties of Desulfurization Wastewater at Low Temperature and Low Pressure
According to the analysis of the water quality of Puni desulfurization wastewater, the main types of salts in the desulfurization wastewater of power plants are chloride salts containing Na+and Mg2+,and the main insoluble substance is calcium carbonate. This paper uses Aspen Plus software to numerically simulate the evaporation characteristics of low-temperature and low-pressure desulfurization wastewater, calculates the effects of different concentrations of NaCl and NaCl MgCl2 solutions on boiling point rise at 0.1 MPa,as well as the effects of NaCl solutions on vapor pressure at different concentrations and temperatures. The numerical simulation results show that the bubble point temperature of desulfurization wastewater increases with the increase of salt content. At the same bubble point temperature, the mass fraction of NaCl is greater than that of MgCl2 and their mixed salt solution. As the salt mass fraction increases, the boiling point increases gradually. As the temperature increases, the vapor pressure gradually increases. With the increase of salt concentration in the solution, the vapor pressure shows a downward trend, which is lower than the vapor pressure of pure water, and the higher the temperature, the more the difference between the vapor pressure value of pure water at the corresponding temperature is.The numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental data in the literature, and the results shows that the simulated values of NaCl solution are basically consistent with the literature values. The simulated values of MgCl2 and NaCl mixed salt solution are between the two literature values, proving that this simulation method has a high degree of fitting and can provide guidance for practical applications.
