Optimization Strategy of Spatial Layout and Timing Sequence in Four-Desert Wind-Photovoltaic Bases
This paper constructs a model based on the development and layout of four-desert wind power photovoltaic(PV)bases,formulates the timing development strategy and carries out simulation verification.The hierarchical clustering method is used to carry out electrical clustering of the IEEE 30-node system,and the constructed spatial layout model of the four-desert wind power photovoltaic(WPPV)bases is solved using the improved particle swarm algorithm(IPSA),and the results of the timing sequence optimization strategy are analyzed,which suggests that the established spatial layout model of wind power and photovoltaic is relatively accurate,and can simulate the distribution characteristics of the four major desert wind power and photovoltaic,and the simulation conditions during operation are closer to the actual situation,which can provide more accurate design schemes and investment strategies for the construction and development of the four major desert wind power and photovoltaic layouts,timing planning and other issues.
