Construction of Three-Dimensional Elastic Evaluation System for Power System Considering Extreme Weather Factors
In order to cope with the influence of extreme weather on the power system and further evaluate the effect of corresponding measures,a three-dimensional elastic evaluation system of power system taking into account extreme weather factors is constructed, meeting the current needs of the power system in improving stability and recovery capabilities.Firstly, based on the summary of the influence of extreme weather on the stable operation of power system, the PCEA disaster prevention system is introduced.Secondly,in order to test the improvement effect of the practical application of the PCEA system,an evaluation revenue index system is established from the three dimensions including economy, environment and society in the evaluation stage. The economic indicators are quantitatively calculated to accurately evaluate the resilience of the power system to climate change, and the evaluation process of the disaster resistance system is provided. Finally, based on the application example of a steel plant in coastal China,it is verified that the three-dimension evaluation system can accurately and comprehensively consider the elastic influence of various factors on the resilience of power grid under extreme weather.
