对"三北"地区的供热改造进行分析,总结各供热改造方案在供热能力、经济收益以及环保效益等方面的优势,同时针对投资成本、安全隐患和技术瓶颈等不足进行了归纳.研究认为,为适应不断增长的供热节能需求,仍需要深度开发原有燃煤机组的供热能力,同时需重视并保证其能源利用的效率.此外,市场化的能源政策也是决定供热改造方式的重要因素,集中供热有望在未来的供热改造中发挥更重要的作用.
Research on Heating Transformation of Regional Large-Scale Coal-Fired Units
This paper make an analysis of heat-supply transformation in Three North areas,summarizes the advantages of various heating renovation schemes in terms of heating capacity,economic benefits and environmental benefits.At the same time,the shortcomings of investment cost,security risks and technical bottlenecks are summarized.The research shows that in order to meet the increasing demand for heating energy conservation,it is still necessary to deeply develop the heating capacity of the original coal-fired units,and attach importance to and ensure the efficiency of energy utilization.In addition,the market-oriented energy policy is also an important factor in determining the heating transformation mode,and centralized heating is expected to play a more important role in the future heating transformation.
