角色转型视角下新生创业者的健康研究
A Study on the Health of New Entrepreneurs from the Perspective of Role Transformation

摘要
长期以来,国内创业研究更多关注创业者"飞得多高",较少关心创业者"飞得多累".利用2010年、2012年、2014年、2016年、2018年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,使用熵平衡和双重差分法,研究中国新生创业者角色转型对其健康的影响,探究劳动者由非创业者转变为创业者后个体的健康变化.研究发现:整体来看,创业者角色转型对其心理健康无显著影响,但显著降低了其身体健康水平;从创业动机来看,生存型创业者角色转型对其身体健康和心理健康水平均无显著影响,机会型创业者角色转型显著降低了其身体健康和心理健康水平.
Abstract
For a long time,domestic entrepreneurship research has focused more on how high entrepreneurs fly and less on how tired they are when they fly.Using data from the 2010,2012,2014,2016,and 2018 China Family Panel Studies(CF-PS),using entropy balance and double difference method,this study investigates the impact of role transformation of Chinese new entrepreneurs on their health,and explores the individual health changes of workers after transitioning from non-entrepreneurs to entrepreneurs.Research has found that overall,the role transformation of entrepreneurs has no significant impact on their mental health,but significantly reduces their physical health level;From the perspective of entrepreneurial motivation,the role transfor-mation of survival entrepreneurs has no significant impact on their physical and mental health levels,while the role transformation of opportunity entrepreneurs significantly reduces their physical and mental health levels.
