论我国宪法中"文明"一词的流变
On the Evolution of the Term"Civilization"in China's Constitution

摘要
"文明"这一词汇,最初是作为我国社会主义发展的重要目标,于1982年首次被写入我国宪法,并在此后数次宪法修订中得到多次使用.2018年,"生态文明"概念出现在宪法文本中.我国现行宪法中使用"文明"这一语词多达8次.但是由于"文明"一词本身的多义性及语词含义在我国数度变迁,现行宪法中"文明"一词的概念也不尽相同.对我国宪法文本中"文明"一词概念的流变进行探索,辨析其体现出的时代环境,能进一步加深对我国宪法发展的认识.
Abstract
The term"civilization"was originally an important goal of socialist development in China.It was first written into the Constitution of China in 1982 and has been used multiple times in subsequent constitutional revisions.In 2018,the con-cept of"ecological civilization"appeared in the constitutional text.The term"civilization"is used up to 8 times in the current constitution of our country.However,due to the polysemy of the term"civilization"itself and the changes in its meaning in Chi-na,the concept of"civilization"in the current constitution is also different.Exploring the evolution of the concept of"civiliza-tion"in Chinese constitutional texts and analyzing the environment of the times it reflects can further deepen our understanding of the development of Chinese constitution.
