Innovative Modes and Realization Paths for Rural Revitalization in Northwest China——Based on the Investigation Materials from Town J and Z
The rural areas in Northwest China has complex situation and still lacks suitable modes and realization paths for rural revitalization.Research on urban-rural integration development and rural urbanization proposes that the distance between rural and urban areas may be a factor affecting rural revitalization.The rural revitalization effect of a remote Town J and a nearby Town Z in northwest China is remarkable.Through field investigation,it is found that they both have two faces of villages and towns,giving priority to industrial development,taking becoming rich as the intermediary,and constructing a behavioral federa-tion and policy community in the context of rural revitalization.The work of rural revitalization is carried out in an orderly man-ner,with feedback from various fields and an inexhaustible driving force,forming a stable mode of rural modernization transfor-mation.Meanwhile,there are also differences between the two towns.Town J has a weak foundation and focuses on the develop-ment of characteristic agriculture.With the promotion of external forces,it has shaped characteristic industries and activated in-ternal forces,developing a single-line program from point to area.Town Z has a relatively good foundation,focusing on industrial layout and the development of characteristic industry,integrating internal and external driving forces power integration,and blooming in multiple ways,all of which has made it a multi-line program for rural revitalization.Despite of significant progres-ses,the rural revitalization in Northwest China is still full of challenges,requiring local governments to transform the functions,enhance the financial security capabilities,scientifically plan and implement effective measures,coordinate interest distribution,and build a talent support system,with which the development of rural revitalization in multiple dimensions would be guaranteed.
