The artistic confirmation of rock art in ontology is an unresolved issue.The key to this question is to prove that rocks have access to artistic propositions,clarify why rocks are art and how rock art becomes art.The memory interpretation of rock art has opened up a new path for rock art on the basis of rock art science.Rock art,as memories,provide the possibility and space for humanistic interpretation of human traces on rocks through dynamic images and their flowing emotions,diverse ima-ges and their multiple meanings,image identification and landscape markers.This laid the theoretical foundation for the artistic i-magination of rock paintings.
