民俗艺术助力地域经济发展的有益尝试——以西北花儿产业化的经验借鉴与思考为例

摘要
作为西北地区重要的非物质文化遗产项目之一,西北多民族共创共享的山歌"花儿"有着独特的品牌形象.它既是民俗艺术的珍贵活化石,又代表着一种极具包容性、创造性的民俗文化艺术现象;它既是多民族间艺术交流、文化融汇的结晶,也是促成西北地区与世界文明对话的纽带.改革开放以来,特别是在国家"双创"路线的有力指导下,"花儿"作为地区艺术品牌在赋能区域经济发展方面不断尝试,获得成效,但也呈现出一些问题,包括创新活化程度不够,难以在产业化过程中形成长效机制等等.问题的出现,提示我们需要深入研究文化艺术产业自身的发展特点和规律,在民俗艺术的保护、传承、产业化过程中,把握好艺术性和市场化之间的冲突矛盾,为民俗艺术助力区域经济发展,提供更有力的学术和政策支持.
Abstract
As an important Intangible cultural heritage in northwest China,Hua'er has a unique brand image.It is not only a precious Living fossil of folk art,but also represents a very inclusive and creative folk phenomenon.It is not only the crystallization of artistic exchange and integration among multiple ethnic groups,but also the link that facilitates dialogue between the northwest region and world civilizations.Since the reform and opening up,especially under the strong promotion of the national"double innovation"policy,Hua'er,as a regional art brand,has continuously tried to empower regional economic development and achieved results.However,there have also been some problems,including insufficient innovation activation and difficulty in forming long-term mechanisms in the industrialization process.The emergence of these issues reminds us of the need to conduct in-depth research on the development characteristics and laws of the cultural and art industry itself.In the process of protecting,inheriting,and industrializing folk art,we should grasp the conflict and contradiction between artistry and marketization,and provide stronger academic and policy support for folk art to assist regional economic development.
