略论中国产品设计通史的整体编纂路径

摘要
中国产品设计学发展至今,对于整体设计学科而言,当前面临的问题之一是缺少一部真正意义上的、记录从史前至当下中国产品造型发展历程的设计通史.如何编纂一部符合历史客观,又反映当下国情的中国产品设计史的近现代部分,进而与古代部分缀合而成一部贴近历史客观又反映当下国情的中国近现代产品设计通史,是设计史论研究者应有的历史担当.恰当地找准编纂的路径,可有助于中国产品设计通史编纂工作的有序拓展.
Abstract
The development of Chinese product design studies thus far has presented the discipline with a paramount concern:the absence of a holistic history of Chinese product design that accurately chronicles its evolution from prehistoric times to the present.The formulation of a section of the history of modern Chinese product design that conforms to historical objectivity while reflecting current national conditions is an historical responsibility of design history researchers.This,in combination with the ancient section,would culminate in a complete history of modern Chinese product design that also adheres to these criteria.Identifying an appropriate path for compilation could significantly aid the ensuing work on the comprehensive history of Chinese product design.
