The Mulao ethnic group is a member of 55 ethnic minorities in China.Yifan Festival is a folk activity formed by the Mulao people on the basis of rice farming civilization,using Taoist worship methods.Music culture is an important bridge for the dialogue between people and gods during the Mulao ethnic group's Yifan Festival.The music culture of the Mulao ethnic group during the Yifan Festival reflects the lifestyle and behavioral norms of the indigenous people in the Shiwei ancient village formed during a certain historical period.The music culture of the Mulao ethnic group in Shiwei Ancient Village,based on the standards of ethics and morality,influences the development of harmonious relationships between people in the rural society of the Mulao ethnic group in Shiwei Ancient Village.The music and culture of the Mulao ethnic group's Yifan Festival in Shiwei Ancient Village have changed with the development of society,and the factors leading to these changes are diverse.We need to protect and inherit the music and culture of the Mulao ethnic group's Yifan Festival from a multidimensional perspective.This article adopts the research method of field investigation to study the music culture of the Mulao ethnic group's Yifan Festival in Shiwei Ancient Village,Luocheng County,the relationship between music culture and social harmony,as well as the transformation,protection,and inheritance of music culture.
