基于GIS技术光伏电站宏观选址技术分析——以四子王旗为例

为实现2030年碳达峰与2060年碳中和的目标,光伏发电站的选址工作举足轻重.文章通过GIS技术提出一种适合大规模、大范围的宏观选址方案.结合四子王旗的辐射条件、经纬度、地形因素及环境敏感区对光伏电站的影响,综合分析得出四子王旗平均的水平面总辐射年辐照量为1621.6 kWh·m-2,平均的最佳斜面总辐射年辐照量为2239.4 kWh·m-2,属于我国太阳能资源总量等级B类"很丰富"区.四子王旗南部、西南部区域优先开发;充分考虑光伏发电灵活多样的特点,除在四子王旗南部、西南部外,亦可在四子王旗中部、东部等区域开发分布式光伏,发挥这些区域的资源优势.
Research on Macroscopic Site Selection Scheme for Photovoltaic Power Stations Based on GIS Technology:Take Siziwang Banner as An Example
In order to achieve peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060,the site selection of photovoltaic power stations is of great importance.This paper proposed a large-scale macroscopic site selection scheme based on GIS technology.By analyzing the effects of radiation conditions,latitude and longitude,topographic factors and environmental sensitive areas on the photovoltaic power station,it was found that the average annual total horizontal radiation irradiation of Siziwang Banner was 1621.6 kWh·m-2,and the average annual total radiation irradiation of the optimal slope plane was 2239.4 kWh·m-2.According to the classification of solar energy resource,Siziwang Banner belonged to the B-level"very rich"area.The southern and southwestern regions of Siziwang Banner should be developed first.At the same time,considering the flexible and diverse characteristics of photovoltaic power generation,distributed photovoltaics could also be developed in the central and eastern regions of Siziwang Banner to make full use of resource advantages.
