为了分析解第十四届全国冬季运动会凉城赛区的天气特点,以便为本届冬运会的天气复盘总结提供参考,并为未来的冬运会气象服务提供依据.基于凉城赛区 2023年12月—2024年2月的气象观测资料,统计分析了赛区气温、风速的分布特征.结果表明:(1)赛区白天气温变化主要受太阳辐射影响,地形和海拔等因素通过影响太阳辐射的强度和持续时间来间接影响气温,而对夜间气温影响不明显.各站在 08 时及 14 时后气温变化显著,但气温变化幅度并未随海拔高度发生明显改变;(2)赛区的风速变化受太阳辐射、地形和海拔等因素影响.风速呈现出阶段性变化,山顶站点SD和QD的全天风速显著高于其他5个站点.SD站风速在09时开始减小,13时再次增大;而QD站风速全天变化较小.相比之下,位于山坡山谷间的站点白天风速较大,夜间则减小.此外,海拔高度低于1 500 m的站点风速分布较为集中,而其他站点风速分布相对分散.
Characteristics of Temperature and Wind Speed at the Liangcheng Venue of the 14th National Winter Games in China
In order to know the weather characteristics of the Liangcheng venue area for the 14th National Winter Games,and to provide a reference for the weather review and summary of this Winter Games as well as a basis for meteorological services for future Winter Games,the distribution characteristics of temperature and wind speed were analyzed based on the meteorological observation data of the Liangcheng competition venue from December 2023 to February 2024.The results indicated that:(1)The daytime temperature variation in the venue was primarily influenced by solar radiation,and was indirectly affected by factors such as terrain and elevation which could influence solar radiation intensity and duration,while the nighttime temperature variation was affected by them insignificantly.Notable temperature changes occurred after 08:00 and 14:00 at all stations,but the magnitude of these changes did not vary significantly with altitude.(2)The wind speed variation in the competition area was influenced by factors such as solar radiation,terrain,and altitude.The wind speed exhibited phased characteristics,with the all-day wind speeds at the mountaintop stations SD and QD being significantly higher than those at the other five stations.The wind speed at station SD decreased starting from 09:00 and increased starting from 13:00,while the wind speed at station QD remained relatively stable throughout the day.In contrast,the wind speed at the stations located on mountain slopes and in valleys was higher during the daytime and lower at night.Additionally,the wind speed distribution at stations below 1500 m in altitude was more concentrated,while it was relatively dispersed at other stations.
