摘要
云和气溶胶飞机探测与飞机人工增雨(雪)作业有一定差异.为规范云和气溶胶飞机探测业务,取得科学有效的观测数据,我们组织制定和发布了《云和气溶胶飞机探测规范》(DB15/T 2847-2023).文章在介绍《云和气溶胶飞机探测规范》编制思路的基础上,对编制过程和编写内容给出总体说明和解读,希望对该标准的理解和贯彻实施有所助益.
Abstract
There are certain differences between aircraft-based cloud and aerosol detection and artificial precipitation(rain and snow)enhancement operations.In order to standardize cloud and aerosol aircraft detection and obtain scientific and effective observation data,the operational specification for cloud and aerosol aircraft detection(DB15/T 2847-2023)was formulated and released.On the basis of introducing the compilation rationale of this specification,the compilation process and content were explained and interpreted generally,hoping to facilitate the understanding and implementation of this specification.
