高职院校学生体质健康状况调查分析

摘要
根据《学生体质健康测试标准》实施办法的规定,对内蒙古建筑职业技术学院2008级和2009级6144名男女大学生进行了6项体质健康指标的测试.测试结果表明:高职院校学生身高、体重发育水平一般,主要表现出匀称程度较差,男生超重、肥胖学生人数多,女生瘦体型占较大比例；心血管系统的机能、调节能力、肺通气量发展与身体形态发展变化不相适应,耐力素质差；上、下肢体肌肉力量与运动能力水平发展不协调.2008级的学生经过一年正规的体育课学习,身体素质和运动能力等各方面均有所提高,各项指标的优良等级均高于2009级的学生.针对上述学生体质现状,从深化体育教学改革、培养学生自觉锻炼身体的能力、增加体育教育经费的投入、丰富体育教学内容等方面提出了相应的改进措施.
Abstract
According to The Students' Physical Health Standards, the purpose of this study was to investigate the physical health situation of 6144 candidates from 2008th grade and 2009th grade in Inner Mongolia technical college of construction. The results showed that indexes of physical health conditions included development of weight and height of two grade students were not very well,the number of obesity was high for male students,however,in terms of female students,lower weight was the major problem. It was found that cardiovascular function, coordination and lung capacity did not accommodate with development of body shape and upper and lower limb strengths did not adapted with exercise capacity. The results also suggested that indexes of physical health were better for sophomore students than for freshmen, this indicated that physical quality and exercise ability of sophomore students improved greatly after one year regular physical education. Based on above discription, we put forward corresponding advices to resolve above problems,such as reinforcing physical education system inform,cultivating students' ability of self-conscious training,increasing financial support,enriching teaching contents and practice, so as to improve students' physical health condition.
