库布齐沙漠生物土壤结皮对土壤理化性质空间分异的影响

生物土壤结皮广泛分布于干旱半干旱地区,是荒漠生态系统重要的组成部分,维系着区域生态系统的稳定和健康.对库布齐沙漠不同类型土壤结皮和其下层土壤的理化性质进行测定和分析,结果表明:在结皮类型的水平格局尺度上,土壤结皮的土壤黏粒和粉粒的百分含量及土壤含水量差异显著,均为藓结皮>藻结皮>物理结皮;土壤容重差异显著,为藓结皮<藻结皮<物理结皮;藓结皮明显降低了土壤 pH 值,藓结皮的有机质、TN、TP、TK 和 AN、AP、AK 均大于藻结皮和物理结皮.在同一种结皮土壤垂直格局尺度上,藓结皮和藻结皮土壤的黏粒和粉粒的百分含量随土层深度的增加逐渐降低,物理结皮变化不显著;藓结皮、藻结皮的土壤容重随土壤深度增加而增加;藓结皮的含水量随土壤深度增加而降低,藻结皮和物理结皮随土壤深度增加含水量增加;藓结皮和藻结皮的 SOC、TN、TP、TK和 AN、AP、AK含量随土壤深度增加显著降低,物理结皮各项指标变化不显著.研究结果说明该地区在有结皮的作用下,土壤理化性质有显著提高,对表层的影响最大,高于其他土层;藓结皮对土壤理化性质的作用普遍强于藻结皮,表明在该地区可以通过生物结皮来提高土壤肥力等指标.
Effects of Biological Crust on Spatial Differentiation of Soil Physicochemical Properties in Sandy Ecosystems
Biological soil crusts are widely distributed in arid and semi-arid areas,which are important parts of desert ecosystems and maintains the stability and health of regional ecosystems.The physicochemical properties were measured for the soil crusts and soil under it in the Kubuqi Desert in the research.The measurement results from the scale of horizontal pattern of crust type showed that there was significantly different for the percentage of soil clay and silt in different types of soil crust,with moss crust>algal crust>physical crust;there was significantly different for soil bulk density,with moss crust<algal crust<physical crust;there was significantly different for the soil water content,with moss crust>algal crust>physical crust;the moss crust significantly reduced the soil pH value,and the soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),and total(TK),available nitrogen(AN),available phosphorus(AP)and available potassium(AK)were significantly larger than those of algal crust and physical crust.The measurement results from the scale of vertical pattern of the same crust type showed that the percentage of soil clay and silt in the moss crust and algal crust gradually decreased with the increase of soil depth,and the physical crust did not change significantly;the soil bulk density of moss crust and algal crust increased with the increase of soil depth;the water content of moss crust decreased with the increase of soil depth,and the water content of algal crust and physical crust increased with the increase of soil depth;the content of SOC,TN,TP,TK and AN,AP,AK of moss crust and algal crust decreased significantly with the increase of soil depth,and those of the physical crust did not change significantly.The research revealed that the physical and chemical properties of soil were significantly improved by the crusting action in this area,especially for the surface of the soil,and the improving effect of moss crusts was generally stronger than that of algal crusts,indicating that soil fertility and other indicators was greatly improved through biological crusts in this area and the desertification situation in the area would be effectively solved.
