Logics and Strategies of High-quality Development of Foreign Trade Driven by the New Quality Productivity from the Perspective of Chinese Path to Modernization
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to develop new quality productivity according to local conditions and accelerate the culti-vation of new foreign trade drivers.The connotation of new quality productivity is rich,which is an en-richment and development of the theory of Chinese path to modernization.It has become an important focus of high-quality development of our foreign trade.Practice has shown that new quality productivi-ty can enhance the international competitiveness of foreign trade through technological innovation,pro-mote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade through model innovation,and enhance the de-velopment momentum of foreign trade through the construction of modern industrial systems.Current-ly,there are still some issues in empowering high-quality development of foreign trade with new quali-ty productivity,such as reliance on foreign key core technologies,insufficient support for industrial de-velopment from technological innovation,and the need to deepen the integration of the digital economy and the real economy.Under the background of Chinese path to modernization,to empower high-qual-ity development of foreign trade with new quality productivity,we need to strengthen research on key core technologies,achieve high-level technological self-reliance,accelerate the construction of a mod-ern industrial system,enhance the level of industrial openness and cooperation,strengthen the empow-erment of the digital economy,promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real econo-my,vigorously develop green trade,and create new advantages in international competition in foreign trade.
