Teachers'View of Teaching Materials:The Important Fulcrum of Improving the Use Efficiency of New Teaching Materials
Teachers'view of teaching materials refers to the endogenous generation and diffraction presentation of teachers'fundamental understanding,position and idea of teaching materials,which di-rectly affects the operation and efficiency improvement of teaching materials in practice field.To pro-mote the realization of the value of the new teaching materials which are compatible with the new curric-ulum standard,the teachers'view of teaching materials should be regarded as an important viewpoint and key guarantee.A review of existing research on the teachers'view of teaching materials reveals that they are primarily characterized by three core value orientations based on the position of self,other and interactive,which serve as the preliminary understandings for promoting the reshaping of teachers'new teaching materials view.As the most crucial subjects in the use of teaching materials,teachers have a view of teaching materials that permeates the entire process of their use and nurtures the practical char-acter of teaching materials,which is the value mechanism of teachers'teaching materials view affecting the use efficiency of teaching materials.From this perspective,to improve the use effectiveness of new teaching materials,it is especially necessary for teachers to carefully understand the reform of teaching materials,scientifically promote the practice of teaching materials,and consciously carry out the reflec-tion of teaching materials,so as to shape teachers'view of teaching materials that aligns with the new teaching materials.Specifically,this can be approached by exploring five dimensions:awakening teach-ers'sense of mission in using new teaching materials,strengthening the adaptability measurement of teachers in using new teaching materials,conducting normalized value-added guidance for teaching ma-terials use,activating the potential of digital intelligence technology in teaching materials use,and see-king broad consensus on innovative teaching materials use.These dimensions correspond to the updating pathways of teachers'view of teaching materials in terms of cognitive awakening,process monitoring,action follow-up,technology empowerment,and collaborative support.Ultimately,with appropriate,compatible,and effective teachers'view of teaching materials,the continuous improvement of new teaching materials use efficiency and the steady realization of value can be ensured.
