Research on the Green Transformation of Beef and Mutton Supply Chain in Inner Mongolia through Digital Empowerment
In recent years,with the low prices of imported beef and mutton,the beef and mutton industry has faced challenges such as overcapacity,large price fluctuations,and high forage costs.It is urgent to explore new paths and inject new impetus to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the beef and mutton industry.The green transformation of digital empowered beef and mutton supply chain is a feasible path.According to the resource allocation theory,its digital evolution process includes con-structing a digital foundation to drive green standardization,bundling digital elements to drive green ca-pability,and leveraging digital boundaries to drive green branding.After years of development,the In-ner Mongolia beef and mutton supply chain has a certain foundation for digital green transformation.However,there are still major bottlenecks such as low level of digital technology application,insuffi-cient support for technological innovation,weak driving role of leading enterprises,insufficient integra-tion and coordination of the industrial chain,and difficulties in brand protection and market promotion.It is necessary to further strengthen government promotion,innovation driven,full chain driven,and brand driven efforts,and promote the green transformation of the Inner Mongolia beef and mutton sup-ply chain as soon as possible through digital empowerment.
