骨包囊虫病影像病理学对照分析

摘要
目的:探讨骨包囊虫病的影像学、病理学特征表现.方法:影像图片的收集,对手术切除标本经病理检查确诊的8例骨包囊虫病病人,进行回顾性分析.结果:男性6例,女性2例；8例全为感染细粒棘球蚴病者,无感染泡状棘球蚴病者.结论:骨包虫病的影像学表现与常见的肿瘤及瘤样病损有非常明显的区别.骨包虫病的病理学感染细粒棘球蚴病者远多余感染泡状棘球蚴病者.
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the imaging of bone hydatid disease, pathological features. Methods: The image collection, the operation resection specimens were diagnosed by pathology in 8 cases of bone hydatid disease patients,retrospective analysis. Results;6 cases of male,female 2 cases;9 cases of all hydatid cyst infection disease,no infection of alveolar hydatid disease. Conclusion:Imaging manifestations of bone hydatid disease with common tumors and tumor-like lesions have a very clear distinction. Hydatid disease of bone pathology of hydatid cyst infection disease infection of alveolar xydatid disease is redundant.
