摘要
目的：：探讨强脉冲光联合中药面膜治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：入选64例病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均使用强脉冲光(IPL)治疗,1次/3wk,3次为一个疗程,治疗组同时使用我院自制中药面膜外敷面部,3次/wk,3mo 后判定疗效。结果：治疗3mo 后,治疗组和对照组有效率分别为78.12%和53.13%,疗效有显著差异(r=4.43,P<0.05)。结论：强脉冲光联合中药面膜治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效满意,联合作用明显,无明显不良反应。
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of intense pulsed light combined with herebal mask in treatment of facial corticosteroid dpendent dermatitis. Methods:64patients selected were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. All patients in 2 groups were treated with intense pulsed light,once three weeks. The treatment lasts for 3 therapeutic courses. At the same time,the patients of treatment group were given herebal mask dressing,3times a week. Treatment efficacy was evaluated after 3months. Results:There were significant statistical difference between two groups(r=4. 43,P<0 . 05 ) . Effective rate of treatment group ( 78 . 12%) was higher than one of control group ( 53 . 13%) . Conclusion:There are advantages such as better effect and no adverse reaction intense pulsed light combined with herebal mask treating facial corticosteroid dpendent dermatitis.
