摘要
鲍曼不动杆菌被认为是医院感染的主要潜在致病菌.但在最近几年,由于广谱抗生素的广泛使用,鲍曼不动杆菌已形成多重耐药菌及泛耐药菌,国内外的研究主要聚焦于这种菌的耐药性和流行病学特点,对其致病原理的研究还处于初级阶段.相关研究证实鲍曼不动杆菌的毒力因子可引起宿主细胞发生凋亡.本文旨在对鲍曼不动杆菌引起细胞凋亡的相关机制进行分析总结.
Abstract
Acinetobacter baumannii is considered to be the main potential causative agent of hospital infections,but in the last few years,due to the widespread use of broad-spectrum antibiotics,A.baumannii has formed multidrug-resistant and pan-drug-resistant bacteria,and domestic and international studies have mainly focused on the drug-resistant and epidemio-logical characteristics of this bacterium,while the study of its pathogenicity is still in the primary stage.Relevant studies have confirmed that the virulence factors of A.baumannii can cause apoptosis in host cells.Therefore,the purpose of this review is to analyze and summarize the mechanism of apoptosis caused by A.baumannii.
