ADVANCES IN THE STUDY OF LIPID RETENTION RISK,MICRORNA CORRELATION WITH THE OCCURRENCE OF ISR
In-stent restenosis of coronary arteries after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is a clinical problem that needs to be solved urgently and may even jeopardize patients'lives in severe cases. The mechanism of ISR after PCI is not clear,so it is particularly important to explore the risk of ISR after PCI.Current studies have shown that lipid residual risk and microRNA are involved in endothelial injury, inflammatory response, vascular smooth muscle cell hyperproliferation and inti-mal hyperplasia, and new atherosclerosis formation after PCI,which play a positive role in ISR.This article analyzes and re-views the research progress on the correlation between cardiovascular residual risk, microRNA and ISR,with a view to provid-ing theoretical basis and guiding significance to the clinical study of coronary artery in-stent restenosis.
