肿瘤相关成纤维细胞分子影像学研究进展

肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associatedfibroblasts,CAFs)分类于肿瘤基质细胞大类,参与构成了肿瘤微环境(tumormicroenvironment,TME)。目前有明确研究表明,CAFs在TME系统中参与了激活某些信号通路以及分泌一些细胞因子,促进了肿瘤的增殖、耐药性以及免疫抑制。随着CAFs各亚型标志物如成纤维细胞活化蛋白(cancer-associatedfibroblasts,FAP)、α-平滑肌动蛋白(α-smoothactin,α-SMA)的表达特点逐步得到揭示,促使我们开始应用分子影像学技术从活体分子水平上可视化、描述和测量CAFs,应用分子影像学技术靶标CAFs进行肿瘤诊断性显像与治疗的构想也开始得到实践。本文将对基于肿瘤微环境理论,以及与肿瘤相关成纤维细胞相关的分子影像学研究进展加以综述。
ADVANCES IN MOLECULAR IMAGING OF TUMOR-ASSOCIATED FIBROBLASTS
Tumor-associated fibroblasts(cancer-associatedfibroblasts,CAFs)are classified into tumor stromal cells and participate in the formation of tumor microenvironment(tumormicroenvironment,TME).At present,clear studies have shown that CAFs is involved in activating some signal pathways and secreting some cytokines in the TME system,which pro-motes tumor proliferation,drug resistance and immunosuppression.With the gradual revelation of the expression characteris-tics of various subtype markers of CAFs,such as fibroblast activating protein(FAP)and α-smooth actin(α-SMA),we begin to use molecular imaging techniques to visualize,describe and measure CAFs at the molecular level,and the idea of using mo-lecular imaging technology target CAFs for tumor diagnostic imaging and treatment has also been realized.In this paper,the research progress of molecular imaging based on tumor microenvironment theory and tumor-related fibroblasts is reviewed.
