EXPLORATION OF GENETIC FACTORS AND PATHOGENESIS IN LUMBAR SPONDYLOLISTHESIS
Objective To explore the etiological advancements in lumbar spondylolisthesis and analyze the relation-ship between different types of lumbar spondylolisthesis and genetic factors.Methods By searching databases such as CNKI and PubMed,the latest literature on lumbar spondylolisthesis was collected,and related genetic studies were systematically analyzed.Genomic Association Study(GWAS)techniques were utilized to establish a gene bank to explore the association be-tween lumbar spondylolisthesis and specific genetic markers.Results Degenerative,isthmic,and congenital spondylolisthe-sis are common types and may be related to certain specific genetic mutations.Current genetic evidence is limited,but pre-liminary results support an association between lumbar spondylolisthesis and genetic factors.Conclusions This study em-phasizes the importance of in-depth research into the genetic mechanisms of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Future studies should continue using GWAS methodologies and collect more samples under ethically compliant conditions to establish the genetic factors associated with lumbar spondylolisthesis.This will provide a scientific basis for elucidating its etiological mechanisms and help develop more targeted prevention and treatment strategies.
