Objective To investigate the value of serum S100B protein concentration, uterine artery pulsation in-dex(UtA-PI)and uterine artery resistance index(UtA-RI)in predicting preeclampsia in pregnant women individual-ly and in combination.Metheds A total of 1000 pregnant women who were registered for obstetric examination in Qingdao Municipal Hospital from September 2018 to January 2020 were selected.Serum S100B protein concentration was detected by ELISA from 13 to 16 weeks.UtA-PI and UtA-RI of pregnant women were detected by color Doppler ultrasonography at 22-24 weeks.According to the outcome of pregnancy, preeclampsia patients were divided into the case group(n=37).According to the matching ratio of 1∶5,pregnant women without pregnancy complications and complications were randomly selected as the control group(n=185).The efficacy of the three groups in predicting preeclampsia alone and in combination were evaluated respectively.Results(1)Serum S100B protein concentration was(0.30±0.15)ng/mL in case group and(0.10±0.04)ng/mL in control group, which was significantly higher in case group than in control group(P<0.05).(2)UtA-PI and UtA-RI at 22-24 weeks of gestation were(0.77±0.13)and(0.38±0.10)in the case group and(0.58±0.05)and(0.15±0.07)in the control group, which were significant-ly higher in the case group than in the control group(P<0.05).(3)logistic regression analysis showed that the three factors were positively correlated with the occurrence of preeclampsia.(4)Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to analyze the predictive efficacy of S100B,UtA-PI and UtA-RI separately and in combination to predict preeclampsia. The areas under the ROC curve were 0.669(P=0.035,95%CI:0.576-0.782),0.673(P=0.042,95%CI:0.793-0.978),0.655(P=0.021,95%CI:0.812-0.996),0.870(P=0,95%CI:0.626-0.936).Conclusion(1)Serum S100B protein,UtA-PI and UtA-RI in pregnant women can predict preeclampsia, and UtA-PI has the highest predictive effect.(2)Combined prediction of preeclampsia was the most effective.
