Objective Based on CBCT imaging analysis of relevant data of transplanted teeth patients,e-valuate the application effect of digital technology and substitutes in autologous tooth transplantation surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients in Oral and maxillofacial surgery Department of Hohhot Stomatological Hospi-tal from 2019.09~2021.09 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.A total of 60 patients were in the experimental group.During the operation,digital and surrogate assisted autologous tooth transplantation was used.A total of 60 patients in the control group were in the traditional method of autologous tooth transplantation.Collect and analyze basic infor-mation of the research object,intraoperative preparation time for alveolar fossa,donor tooth detachment time,implantation site,donor tooth morphology,root canal treatment timing,as well as the survival and success rates of transplanted teeth at 6 and 12 months after surgery.Observe the aesthetics,periodontal condition,and pa-tient satisfaction after transplantation.Results There was no statistically significant difference in age,gender,number of donor teeth roots,and root canal treatment time between the two groups(P>0.05);The intraopera-tive tooth detachment time of the experimental group was(3.01±2.79)minutes,while the intraoperative tooth detachment time of the control group was(18.05±4.31)minutes,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The preparation time of the experimental group's alveolar fossa during surgery was(14.22±3.17)minutes,while the preparation time of the control group's alveolar fossa was(19.54±4.67)minutes,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After 6 and 12 months of follow-up,the survival rates of transplanted teeth were 100.00%and 98.33%in the experimental group and 100.00%and 96.61%in the control group,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The success rates of postoper-ative follow-up for 6 and 12 months were 95.00%and 93.33%in the experimental group and 91.66%and 88.14%in the control group,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of digital technology and substitutes is an effective method for autologous molar tooth transplan-tation surgery,which can shorten the time for donor tooth detachment and reduce the time for alveolar prepara-tion during surgery;At the same time,substitutes help to educate patients before surgery and improve patient satisfaction;Effectively improve the clinical success rate of autologous tooth transplantation.
