Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on reducing the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs after hip replacement. Methods The computer searched PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP and Wanfang Data Knowledge Ser-vice Platform for the literature on the prevention of lower limb deep vein thrombosis by TCM nursing after hip replacement. The retrieval time was from 2012 to November 2022.Cochrane System Evaluation Manual 5.1 Bias Risk Assessment Tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included randomized controlled studies, and RevMan5.4 software was used to conduct Meta-analysis of the included literature. Results Eleven studies were included, involving 1087 patients, including 579 in the study group and 508 in the control group.Meta analysis results show that:The incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the TCM nursing group was low-er than that in the conventional nursing group[RR=0.18,95%CI(0.09-0.35),Z=5.03,P<0.00001].The fibrinogen level of patients after hip replacement was significantly lower in the TCM nursing group than that in the conventional nursing group[MD=-0.47,95%CI(-0.77--0.16),Z=2.96,P=0.003].The differ-ence was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between prothrombin time[MD=1.86,95%CI(-1.64-5.36),Z=1.04,P=0.30],Patial thromboplastin time[MD=3.77,95%CI(-1.84-9.38),Z=1.32,P=0.19]and routine nursing care. Conclusion The research results show that after hip re-placement,traditional Chinese medicine nursing has a certain effect in preventing lower limb deep vein thrombo-sis,and can significantly reduce fibrinogen, but its effect in improving prothrombin time and activated site thromboplastin time is no different from conventional nursing.Affected by the scope of inclusion and the quality of inclusion, the above conclusions need to be confirmed by more high-quality experiments.
