Objective:To screen the differential proteins of stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma and its adjacent tissues, and to explore its related biomarkers for the early screening and diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Ten pairs of cancer tissue and paired para-cancer tissue samples from patients diagnosed with stage Ⅰendometrial cancer were collected from the gynecology department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Peo-ple's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022.Protein profiling technology was used to find the differ-entially expressed proteins in endometrial cancer and para-cancer tissues, and bioinformatics analysis was per-formed.Select the protein factors that may be tumor markers. Results A total of 62 proteins were differentially expressed in endometrial carcinoma tissues compared with adjacent tissues,37 proteins were up-regulated and 25 proteins were down-regulated.The Alpha 1,3-mannosyl-glycoprotein 4-beta-N-acetylglu-cosaminyltransferase A,MGAT4A and F-box protein 44,The expression of FBXO44 was significantly up-regulated in endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion There are different expression proteins in endometrial carcino-ma tissues and adjacent tissues The expression of MGAT4A and FBXO44 proteins in endometrial carcinoma tis-sues was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues, which may be potential tumor markers.
