Objective To analyze the change of inflammatory index in the treatment of necrotiziNLR ente-rocolitis(NEC).Methods A total of 71 NEC newborns were sele cted,and these 71 NEC newborns were di-vided into stage Ⅰ(24),stage grouP(29)and stage(18)according to the modified Bell stage.There were 24 pa-tients,including 1 in stage Ⅰ,6,17,and 47 with conservative treatment,including 23 in stage Ⅰ,23,and 1.Inflam-matory indicators such as neutrophils(NLR),leukocytes(WBC),platelet number(PLT),procalcitonin(PCT),and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)on the first day after intervention and during the treatment recovery period of the 3 groups were tested and analyzed.Results The WBC,PLT,NLR,hs-CRP,and PCT levels were compared between the phase Ⅰ groups before intervention and on the first day after the intervention(P>0.05),Comparison of the convalescent WBC,PLT,NLR,hs-CRP,and PCT levels obtained before the intervention and the treatment period(P<0.05),Comparison between the first day after the intervention and the treatment recovery period(P<0.05);Comparison of WBC,PLT,NLR,hs-CRP,and PCT levels before the intervention and on the first day after the phase groupof the intervention(P<0.05),Comparison of the convalescent WBC,PLT,NLR,hs-CRP,and PCT levels obtained before the intervention and the treatment period(P<0.05),The ison of WBC,PLT,NLR,hs-CRP,and PCT on the first day after intervention and treatment(P<0.05);Comparison of WBC,PLT,NLR,hs-CRP,and PCT levels before the intervention and on the first day after the phase grouPof the intervention(P<0.05),Comparison of the convalescent WBC,PLT,NLR,hs-CRP,and PCT levels obtained before the intervention and the treatment period(P<0.05),The ison of WBC,PLT,NLR,hs-CRP,and PCT on the first day after intervention and treatment(P<0.05);A positive correlation observed between WBC,NLR,hs-CRP,PCT and Bell-NEC grade levels(P<0.05);A negative correlation occurred between the PLT and the Bell-NEC grade(P<0.05).Conclusion Monitoring the changes of WBC,hs-CRP,PLT,PCT and NLR is helpful to the diagnosis of NEC disease and stage.
