Objective To investigate the effect of MEK1/2 inhibitor U0126 on the proliferation,migra-tion,and invasion of residual liver cancer cell lines(HepG2-H)after radiofrequency ablation.Method HepG2 liver cancer cell line was used to prepare residual liver cancer cell line(HepG2-H)after radiofrequency ablation in vitro.Cell proliferation, scratch, and invasion experiments were conducted to observe the proliferation,mi-gration,and invasion abilities of the experimental group(with 10 μmol/L,20 μmol/L,30 μmol/L U0126 added)and the control group(without U0126 added)cells.Result The absorbance values of the experimental group(with 10,20,and 30 μmol/L of U0126 added)were 0.6929±0.08257,0.5084±0.06012,and 0.4549±0.07660,respectively.The absorbance values of the control group were 1.1245±0.07971;There was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05);The migration areas of the experimental group were 5640.2±285.4,5082.4±237.7,and 4821.7±246.3,respectively.The migration areas of the control group were 6053.8±269.2,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);The cell counts per high-power field in the experimental group were 164.2±18.89,138.4±18.06,and 129.4±18.54,respectively.The cell counts per high-power field in the control group were 226.6±16.81,with significant differences be-tween the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion U0126 can inhibit the proliferation, migration, and invasion of resid-ual liver cancer cell lines(HepG2-H)after radiofrequency ablation.
