Objective The objective of this paper is to investigate the clinical manifestations of those with a low expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(Her2)gastric cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinicopathological and follow-up data of gastric adenocarcinoma patients who had undergone radical gastrectomy at Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023;According to the immunohistochemical/in situ hybridization detection results, the patients were di-vided into three subtypes of Her2 zero, low and positive expressions, the clinicopathological features of Her2 low expression gastric cancer were analyzed by comparing the difference between Her2 zero,Her2 positive and Her2 low expression. Results Significant disparities in the differentiation degree and Lauren's classification were ob-served among gastric cancer patients with three Her2 expression states(P<0.05);Tumor site, differentiation degree and Lauren's classification were also statistically distinct between patients with Her2 low expression and Her2 zero expression(P<0.05);There were statistical differences in Lymph node and pTNM staging between patients with Her2 low expression and Her2 positive expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinicopatho-logical features of gastric cancer with Her2 low expression are different from those of the other two types, this study can provide reference for the follow-up study of patients with Her2 low expression in gastric cancer.
