The Correlation Between Lp PLA2,Lp(a)Levels and Blood Pressure Variability in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的 通过研究原发性高血压(EH)患者的血清Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2水平与血压变异性(BPV)的特征,进一步探讨EH患者血清中Lp(a)和Lp-PLA2水平与BPV之间的关系.方法 选取2022年9月至2023年9月于内蒙古自治区人民医院门诊及住院诊疗的EH患者240例.将患者分为A组:Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2均正常,115例;B组:仅Lp(a)升高,48例;C组:仅Lp-PLA2升高,42例;D组:Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2均升高,35例.探索Lp(a)和Lp-PLA2水平与血压变异性之间的相关性.结果 B组各时段变异系数(CV)均高于 A 组(P＜0.05);C 组 24 h SBPCV、24 h DBP CV、nSBP CV、dDBP CV、dSBP CV 高于 A 组(P＜0.05);D 组各时段 CV 均高于 A 组(P＜0.05).Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2 与 BPV 呈正相关(rs＞0,P＜0.05).B组、C组以及D组的Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2和24 h SBP CV、24 h DBP CV间均呈显著正相关关系(rs＞0,P＜0.05).结论 EH患者血清Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2水平与BPV呈正相关,且血清Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2均升高的患者BPV也升高.
Objective Through an analysis of serum Lp(a)and Lp-PLA2 levels as well as blood pressure variability(BPV)in individuals diagnosed with essential hypertension,a deeper investigation was conducted into the connection between serum Lp(a)and Lp-PLA2 levels and BPV among those with EH.Methods Between September 2022 and September 2023,a total of 240 patients diagnosed with essential hypertension were careful-ly selected from both the outpatient and inpatient departments of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital.The patients were divided into group A:Lp(a)and LP-PLA2 normal group(115 cases);Group B:Lp(a)only increased group(48 cases);Group C:only Lp-PLA2 elevated group(42 cases);Group D:Lp(a)and LP-PLA2 both increased group(35 cases),to explore the correlation between Lp(a)and LP-PLA2 lev-els and blood pressure variability.Results The coefficient of variation(CV)in group B exhibited a significantly higher value compared to group A(P＜0.05).Moreover,24 h SBP CV,24 h DBP CV,nSBP CV,dDBP CV,and dSBP CV in group C demonstrated notably elevated levels in contrast to group A(P＜0.05).Additionally,the CV in group D surpassed that in group A(P＜0.05).Lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)]and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)showed a positive correlation with blood pressure variability(BPV)(rs＞0,P＜0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between Lp(a),LP-PLA2,24 h SBP CV,and 24 h DBP CV in groups B,C,and D(rs＞0,P＜0.05).Conclusion There was a positive correlation between serum levels of Lp(a)and LP-PLA2 and BPV in patients with EH.The concentrations of Lp(a)and LP-PLA2 in the serum of EH patients exceeded those found in individuals without EH.
