高压共轨多次喷射喷雾形态发展的试验研究

开发了高压共轨系统测试平台,采用高速闪光摄影方法,对所设计的电控喷油器在多次喷射条件下进行不同方案的喷雾特性试验研究,对试验结果进行特性分析,得到了喷孔结构和喷射背压等参数对喷雾贯穿距、喷雾形状和喷雾分布面积的影响规律,以便于建立多次喷射条件下的喷雾和燃烧放热模型,为提高电控共轨柴油机的性能奠定基础。
Test Research on HPCRS Multiple Injection Spray Shape Development
Spray characteristics of the designed electrically controlled injectors under multiple injection condition with different schemes are tested by means of quick-speed flashing shot technology on specially constructed HPCRS (high pressure common rail system) test bench. Relationship between parameters of spray cone structure and injection back pressure, and spray shape such as penetration and distribution area are analyzed, which is helpful to the establishment of spray and combustion heat release models, so to lay foundation for CR diesel engine performance optimization.
