摘要

连杆是内燃机曲柄连杆机构的重要组成部分,本文着重分析了连杆的运动特点,并通过使用GeoGebra软件作为辅助工具,建立了曲柄连杆机构模型及连杆的运动轨迹图.从数学分析的角度分析了连杆运动轨迹边缘线的包络性,并推导出其包络线方程.该方程只需确定连杆长度和曲柄半径即可得到连杆包络线,从而可以在三维软件中将包络线方程转化为连杆包络曲线草绘,提升设计效率.

Abstract

Connecting rod is one of the important parts of crank-connecting rod mechanism of internal combustion engine,the kine-matic characteristics of the connecting rod are emphatically analyzed.With the help of the software GeoGebra,the model of the crank-connecting rod mechanism and the motion track of the connecting rod are established.This paper analyzes the envelopment of the edge line of the connecting rod motion track from the angle of mathematical analysis,and deduces its envelopment equation,which only needs to determine the connecting rod length and the crank radius to obtain the connecting rod envelopment line,thus,the envelope e-quation can be transformed into the drawing of the connecting rod envelope curve in the 3D software,and the design efficiency can be improved.
