摘要

在国六排放法规背景下,对碳罐脱附系统和碳罐电磁阀的工作原理进行了分析,并探寻了碳罐电磁阀噪声增大的原因,搭建了碳罐电磁阀驱动平台,设计方案并实际测试了碳罐电磁阀单体噪声.研究了降低噪声的有效措施,包括优化碳罐电磁阀的设计、增加续流二极管,以及优化碳罐电磁阀的布置位置.

Abstract

This article summarizes the working principles of the carbon canister desorption system and carbon canister solenoid valve under the background of the national emission regulation Ⅵ,and deeply analyzes the causes of increased noise of the carbon canister solenoid valve.By building a carbon canister solenoid valve drive platform and using testing methods,effective measures to reduce noise are studied.These measures include optimizing the design of the carbon canister solenoid valve,adding a freewheeling diode,and optimizing the placement of the carbon canister solenoid valve.
