基于局域网监控的风冷散热器集中控制系统应用

为了满足内燃机模块化、集成化、自动化的发展需求,将内燃机的冷却水温度控制在更优的工作范围内,同时提升产品使用舒适度,对风冷散热器进行了控制系统的模式分析,并设计了基于局域网监控的风冷散热器集中控制系统.最后,通过试验验证了集中控制系统的应用效果.试验结果表明:集中控制系统通过模块化、集中化的控制设计,能够根据内燃机的温度控制要求,精准高效地控制风冷散热器的切入和切出,实现自动启停.集中控制系统可以通过以太网通讯实现局域网监控,通讯数据实时性高,能够将温度控制在目标温度的±2℃以内.
Application of Centralized Control System for Air-cooled Radiator Based on LAN Monitoring
In order to meet the development requirements of modularization,integration,and automation of internal combustion en-gines,control the cooling water temperature of the internal combustion engine within a better working range,and simultaneously im-prove the comfort of product usage,a mode analysis of the control system for air-cooled radiators was conducted,and a centralized con-trol system for air-cooled radiators based on local area network monitoring was designed.Finally,the application effect of the central-ized control system was verified through experiments.The experimental results show that the centralized control system,through modu-larized and centralized control design,can accurately and efficiently control the cutting in and cutting out of the air-cooled radiator ac-cording to the temperature control requirements of the internal combustion engine,achieving automatic start and stop.The centralized control system can achieve local area network monitoring through Ethernet communication,with high real-time communication data,and can control the temperature within±2 ℃ of the target temperature.
