喷油参数对大缸径车用柴油机怠速噪声影响研究

前期试验研究表明,爆压和预喷模式在低负荷工况时对整机噪声的影响较为明显.为更好提升大缸径柴油机噪声舒适性,本文以某V型 12 缸大缸径柴油机为研究对象,通过调整发动机主喷提前角、预喷油量、预喷间隔角、轨压等喷油参数,进行怠速噪声对比试验.试验研究结果表明:主喷提前角及轨压越小噪声声压级越小、声品质越好;预喷油量及预喷间隔角存在某一临界值,在此临界值状况下噪声声压级及声品质综合评价最好;主喷提前角、预喷油量、预喷间隔角和轨压等发动机喷油参数对大缸径柴油机怠速噪声影响集中于 500Hz~6300Hz频率段.本文研究成果可为改善大缸径柴油机怠速噪声品质的发动机性能数据标定工作提供经验参考.
Study on the Influence of Fuel Injection Parameters on Idling Noise of Large Cylinder Diameter Vehicle Diesel Engines
The preliminary test results show that the effect of blasting pressure and pre-injection mode on the noise of the whole ma-chine is obvious in the low load condition.In order to improve the noise comfort of large-diameter diesel engine,this paper takes a V-type 12-cylinder large-diameter diesel engine as the research object,and conducts a comparative test of idle noise by adjusting the main injection advance Angle,pre-injection amount,pre-injection interval Angle,rail pressure and other injection parameters.The experimental results show that the smaller the main spray advance Angle and rail pressure,the smaller the noise pressure level and the better the sound quality.There is a critical value of pre-injection amount and pre-injection interval Angle,and the comprehensive e-valuation of noise pressure level and sound quality is the best under this critical value.The effects of engine injection parameters such as main injection advance Angle,pre-injection amount,pre-injection interval Angle and rail pressure on idle noise of large cylinder diameter diesel engines are concentrated in the frequency range of 500Hz~6300Hz.The research results of this paper can be used to improve the quality of idle noise of large cylinder diameter diesel engines.
