某型组合泵泵体裂纹原因分析及改进

本文针对柴油机用某型组合式喷油泵试验过程中出现的泵体裂纹问题,通过建立故障树,从设计过程、原材料成分及铸造、加工装配等方面进行原因排查,最终确定泵体裂纹的主要原因为泵体铸造缺陷和泵体螺钉孔加工缺陷.通过制定相应的改进措施并进行试验验证,避免了同类问题的反复发生,也为同类问题的分析和处理提供了参考.
Analysis and Improvement of Cracks in the Pump Body of a Certain Type of Combined Pump
This article aims to address the issue of pump body cracks that occurred during the testing process of a certain type of com-bined fuel injection pump.By establishing a fault tree,the causes were investigated from the design process,raw material composition,casting,machining and assembly,and other aspects.It was ultimately determined that the main causes of the pump body cracks were casting defects in the pump body and machining defects in the screw holes of the pump body.By developing corresponding improvement measures and conducting experimental verification,the occurrence of similar problems was avoided,and it also provided a reference for the analysis and handling of similar problems.
