选取一台符合国六排放标准的柴油机,在台架上分别进行 5 次冷热态下的世界统一瞬态循环(World Harmonised Transient Cycle,WHTC)和 5 次世界统一稳态循环(World Harmonised Steady-State Cycle,WHSC)测试,以测量N2O污染物的比排放.基于所收集的数据建立数学模型,通过理论方法对所涉及的测量不确定度进行系统的评定.结果表明,发动机测量过程中的重复性对N2O污染物排放测量的不确定度影响较大.因此,实施规范的预处理流程,确保发动机及其后处理系统运转的稳定性,对于获得准确且符合统一标准的N2O污染物排放测量结果而言尤为重要.
Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement of N2O Specific Emissions from Diesel Engines
Select a diesel engine that meets the National VI emission standard and perform five World Harmonized Transient Cycles(WHTC)and five World Harmonized Steady State Cycles(WHSC)on the test bench to measure the specific emissions of N2 O pollu-tants,establish a mathematical model,and evaluate measurement uncertainty through theoretical methods.The results indicate that the repeatability of engine measurement has a significant impact on the uncertainty of N2 O pollutant emissions.Therefore,a standardized pre-treatment process to ensure the stability of engine and exhaust gas treatment operation is particularly important for accurately meas-uring N2 O pollutant emissions according to unified standards.
