Study on Uncertainty of Net Power Measurement of Turbocharged Intercooled Diesel Engine
Based on the net power measurement in GB/T 17692-2024,the uncertainty of net power measurement of turbocharged in-tercooled diesel engine is deeply discussed in this study.Through running 8 sets of repeatability tests independently on the same engine bench, the uncertainty of the power measurement results at the rated point is carried out.The uncertainty of net power is evaluated by three components(measured speed, torque, correction coefficient)for Class A and Class B uncertainty. The results show that the ex-tended uncertainty of net power is 0.1274 kW and the confidence probability is 95%.The uncertainty is small, which indicates that the engine state is stable, the accuracy of measurement and equipment is high, and the reliability of measurement results is good.
