发动机在运行过程中,内部的润滑油会经历一系列复杂的化学变化,可促使发动机部件上积聚一定量的沉积物。为了精确量化并鉴别这些沉积物的种类与数量,需将发动机拆解并采用特定的评分方法对沉积物进行评价。由于沉积物评分具有主观性,因此需要通过标准方法规范评分过程涉及的所有细节和评分结果的计算,实现主观评分的客观化,从而保证评分结果的一致性。本文主要介绍了国内外标准中发动机润滑油沉积物评价方法,包括沉积物种类、评分要求和结果计算方法,旨在为润滑油行业从业人员提供详细的参考,助力他们在实际工作中更加准确、高效地评估发动机润滑油的性能及其沉积物状况。
EvaluationMethods and Research Progress of Engine Lubricating Oil Deposits
During engine operation,the lubricating oil within the engine undergoes a series of complex chemical changes that can lead to the accumulation of a certain amount of deposits on engine components.In order to accurately quantify and identify the type and a-mount of these deposits,the engine is disassembled and the deposits are evaluated using a specific scoring method.Since the scoring of deposits is subjective,it is necessary to standardize all the details involved in the scoring process and the calculation of the scoring re-sults through a standard method,so as to realize the objectivity of the subjective scoring and thus ensure the consistency of the scoring results.This paper mainly introduces the evaluation methods of engine lubricant deposits in domestic and international standards,in-cluding the types of deposits,scoring requirements and calculation methods of the results,aiming to provide detailed references for practitioners in the lubricant industry,and help them evaluate the performance of engine lubricants and their deposit conditions more accurately and efficiently in their practical work.
