燃油滤清器PTC加热器性能提升与试验研究

对燃油滤清器加热器功率不足、温升低问题进行分析,加热器传热能力弱可能是造成加热能力不足的原因。研究制定性能试验方案,测试验证不同绝缘材料对加热器传热性能的影响,并对加热器结构进行优化设计。通过采用复合导热硅胶的聚酰亚胺膜材料,优化了正温度系数(PTC)元件厚度参数,有效提高了加热器传热能力,解决了加热能力不足的问题。
Research onPerformance Improvement and Test of Fuel Filter PTC Heater
The analysis of insufficient heating power and low temperature rise of PTC heater of the fuel filter shows that the weak heat transfer ability of the heater may be the reason.In view of this problem,the article proposes the solution to study the influence of differ-ent insulation materials on the heat transfer ability of the heater,the structure of the heater was optimized,by using polyimide film with composite thermal conductive silicone,and optimizing the design of PTC thickness parameter,the heat transfer ability was effectively improved,and the problem of insufficient heating capacity was solved.
