摘要
随着海拔高度的变化,海拔越高,环境压力越低.重型柴油车的进气量随海拔高度的变化而产生变化,进气量的变化对整车DPF的驻车再生有着明显的影响,因此重型柴油车整车标定试验要针对高海拔地区进行优化.本文通过平原的驻车再生试验和不同海拔高度下的驻车再生试验对比平原地区和高海拔地区之间整车DPF的驻车再生差异.结果表明,随着海拔高度的升高,进气量的降低,重型柴油车DPF驻车再生温度随之下降,同时再生时间随之延长.通过标定DPF相关控制参数(如进气量、后喷 1 油量、后喷 2 油量等),在高海拔地区可以实现与平原相同的驻车再生效果.
Abstract
As the altitude changes,the higher the altitude,the lower the environmental pressure.The intake volume of heavy-duty diesel vehicles varies with altitude,and the change in intake volume has a significant impact on the parking regeneration of the vehicle's DPF.Therefore,the calibration test of heavy-duty diesel vehicles should be optimized for high-altitude areas.This article compares the differences in vehicle DPF parking regener-ation between plain areas and high altitude areas through parking regeneration tests at different altitudes.The results indicate that as the altitude increases and the intake air decreases,the parking regeneration temperature of heavy-duty diesel vehicles'DPF decreases,and the regeneration time also prolongs.By calibrating the DPF relat-ed control parameters(such as air intake,rear spray 1 fuel,rear spray 2 fuel,etc.),the same parking regenera-tion effect can be achieved in high-altitude areas as in plains.
