Development of A Pneumatic Boosting System for Energy-efficient Racing Cars
In energy-saving racing competitions,improving the performance and speed of racing cars is a prob-lem that is constantly explored and studied.Turbocharging technology has become an important technical means.The pneumatic booster system described in this article is based on energy-saving racing,we rearrange the pipeline of pump wheel energy supply,so that the internal space of energy-saving car is more reasonable configu-ration,through the static analysis of the turbocharger,the static analysis of the compressed gas cylinder,the fluid analysis of the turbocharger,it is concluded that the pneumatic booster system we design has a reasonable structure and meets the requirements of use,the mass flow of the turbocharger we design reaches 3.7g/s,and the boosting efficiency is significantly improved.This research has certain reference and reference significance for promoting the development and application of energy-saving racing car turbocharging system.
