Research on lubrication of Machine Tool Guideway Based on Coulomb Friction Law
The essence of mechanical structure wear is to have relative friction,reducing friction will reduce wear,and the way to reduce friction is to have enough lubrication.Lubrication is a particularly important link in the design and use of machine tools,the structure of the machine tool contains a lot of mechanical transmission forms and a variety of friction pairs,the choice of lubrication method is the main point in its design,but also an important indicator to judge its performance.Guide rail is the easiest and most common wear mechanism in the practical application of machine tools.This paper takes the Coulomb friction law as the theoretical basis,takes the lubrication of machine tool guide rail as an example,puts forward the corresponding design methods and concepts,and hopes that this paper can provide design ref-erences for machine tool manufacturers and machine tool users,promote more efficient and reliable lubrication methods,and promote the better development of Chinese manufacturing.
