Study on Accuracy of Sensitive Grid Structural Parameters on Wire Strain Gages
As an important instrument for internal combustion engine testing,the test accuracy of wire strain gages is directly related to the reliability of experimental results.In order to improve the accuracy characteristics of wire strain ga-ges,this paper calculates the test error of strain gages by finite element simulation by taking the sensitive grid structural parameters in the strain gages as variables,and proposes a interference error caused by pasting strain gages on this basis.By changing the structural parameters of the sensitive grid,the error law of the strain gage is studied.The results show that the larger the grid diameter,the greater the error.Changes in length,spacing,and number of bends minimize the error;The change of the number of bends makes the interference error at the patch not be ignored,and the influence of changes in other structural parameters on the interference error can be ignored.
