近年来,中国在科技、经济与电子信息技术飞速发展,机器人在工业生产以及产品搬运中得到了广泛地运用.在工业自动化领域中,基于可编程控制器(PLC)的机器人技术已经成为自动化控制技术核心.随着工厂对智能化设备要求的提升,传统工业控制技术已经无法满足生产需求,伴随着 PLC 技术应用的快速发展,特别是在运动控制至以及网络通讯方面功能加强后,基于 PLC 的机器人不断满足了各式产品的搬运控制.本文主要对基于PLC工业机器人搬运系统的现状展开研究,对其主要应用场景进行了概述.
Research on Current Situation of Industrial Robot Handling System Based on PLC
In recent years,technology,economy and electronic information technology have developed rapid-ly.Robots have been widely used in industrial production and product handling.In the field of industrial automa-tion,the robot technology based on programmable controller(PLC)has become the core of automation control technology.With the improvement of the requirements of intelligent equipment in factories,traditional industrial control technology has been unable to meet the production needs,with the rapid development of the application of PLC technology,especially in the motion control to and network communication function strengthened,based on PLC robots continue to meet the handling control of all kinds of products.This paper mainly studies the sta-tus quo of industrial robot handling system based on PLC,and summarizes its main application scenarios.
